Focused:
And always open to new things
The basis for success is a solid basis.
Key focus areas
I now look back on almost two decades of international management experience with cross-border development and service responsibility as R&D director, business manager and board member. Since the beginning of Industry 4.0, I have been focusing on its impact on traditional industrial sectors. As engineer, I have 35 years of hands-on experience.
The strategy and its implementation to align organizations, to develop new business areas, to expand or consolidate sites or introducing LEAN and Agile working methods for higher efficiency were always my key focus areas.
In doing so, I have introduced a variety of cutting-edge technologies into various industrial areas that have changed industrial automation sustainably.
Intercultural cooperation has always been a particular focus. I have many years of experience in Asia and have lived there for 15 years with residences in India and Singapore.
